About me: An accidental entrepreneur!Coming from a background of non-entrepreneurial family, I never envisioned myself as an entrepreneur. However, serendipity led me to discover my true passion and purpose. After starting my career in the corporate world, I quickly realized it wasn\'t for me. Fortunate to discuss entrepreneurial ideas with my friends, I co-founded JMJA & Associates LLP (JMJA), a place where passion meets profession and where I lead a dedicated team of self-motivated individuals.Expertise:With a focus on equity and debt fundraising, startup consultancy and FEMA Regulations for capital transactions, I\'ve honed my skills over the years. I\'ve also spearheaded efforts in providing PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) trainings and consultancy, and currently, I\'m deeply involved in managing Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) clients along with conducting extensive research in laws related to AIFs and RIAs (Registered Investment Advisers).Our Vision and Approach:At JMJA, our vision extends beyond mere success.
