I enjoy organizing events, managing teams, and bringing creative ideas to life.During my internship in the Human Resources Department at KPR Mills, I gained practical exposure to HR functions, employee engagement, recruitment processes, and workplace culture. It enhanced my understanding of how HR supports business strategy and employee development.I am also passionate about data and visualization.
