I didn\'t start with a clear roadmap I started with curiosity and a willingness to figure things out on the go. From handling visa queries at a startup to managing end-to-end interview scheduling workflows at Intervue.io, I\'ve spent the last few years learning what it actually takes to keep operations running smoothly not just on paper, but in real, fast-moving environments with real deadlines and real stakeholders. At Intervue.io, I worked across scheduling, data management, and cross-functional coordination the kind of work that rarely gets the spotlight but keeps everything from falling apart. I learned to think in systems, communicate across teams, and stay calm when things don\'t go to plan (which in operations, is often). Alongside this, I\'m pursuing the CS Executive Programme from ICSI, because I believe the best operations professionals understand not just how things work, but why the rules around them exist. I\'m someone who pays attention to the details others skip, follows up when things go quiet, and genuinely cares about getting it right. not just getting it done.
