Diverse Experience of Five Years of working in a Chartered Accountant Firm, a Manufacturing Unit, and a well known Real Estate brand.She has independently handled secretarial compliances of Companies that includes maintaining of various statutory registers, recording of minutes, holding of Annual General Meetings, Board meetings, and committee meetings, preparation and filing of annual returns, issue of share capital-Rights issue and Private placement, Compliance of FEMA for FDI, filing of foreign assets and liability returns with RBI, Export / Import Documentations, Coordination with Statutory Auditors, and bankers /lenders, handling of Investor complaints, Compliances of NCD listed company, strike off company through easy exit route.
