I’m a qualified Company Secretary and Law & Commerce graduate with 16+ years of experience across Artificial Intelligence, FinTech, Real Estate, NBFC, Stock Exchange, and Electric Mobility sectors.I specialize in corporate governance, company law compliance, SEBI and stock exchange regulations, and global subsidiary governance. I was instrumental in managing the INR 6,300 crore IPO of Ola Electric (now listed) and continue to oversee post-listing compliances, including disclosures, stock exchange filings, investor communications, and governance matters.Currently, I lead the secretarial functions for Krutrim (an AI company) and Ola’s Indian and international subsidiaries, while also managing listing compliance for the group.
