If you want the technical version, feel free to keep reading:)Responsibilities include:• Provide training to staff, ensuring they are kept up to date on necessary rules regulations.• Develop, implement and continually monitor the goals, standards and objectives for the program.• Participate in reoccurring strategic planning.• Accurately monitor patient services daily; assess effectiveness and adjust as required.• Enhance managerial effectiveness by reading related materials, attending all seminars and office training as required.• Supervise, monitor, evaluate and provide direction to direct reports. Provide professional growth and development; develop and communicate annual goals and objectives; monitor and provide constructive feedback; conduct annual performance evaluations and provide training.• Manages budget within approved guidelines. Operates within approved guidelines to execute plans, policies, and budgets. Monitors and appropriately controls financial expenses.• Assist in developing policies and procedures for department; establish and reinforce guidelines for staff and monitors staff compliance.• Maintain positive and professional communication with physicians, staff, patients, clients, and family members to coordinate care and problem resolution of disputes. Evaluates satisfaction of these referral sources on an ongoing basis.• Participate in community activities to create a positive visibility for the Agency. Answer any inquiries from the community regarding the Agency and its services.
