About Crystal Morris-Stromberg
I am the Director of PMO at Energy Worldnet, where I’ve worked for more than eight years to build and retain one of the best departments of education professionals in our industry. In addition to the Education team, I\'ve taken in other disciplines and teams on occasion with a goal of leaving them better than when I found them. When I’m not working with my team on curating and creating energy content, I am helping make the industry safer and better educated through committee work, volunteer work, and speaking engagements.I have a passion for making education accessible to all and believe that every person in every industry deserves learning opportunities that fit their learning style, their schedule, and their capabilities. My experience is deeply rooted in elearning and instructor-led training development with a variety of content authoring tools and learning and content management systems, but I’ve also had the opportunity to consult in virtual reality projects. I am also energized by building high-performing teams, connecting team members to collaborators and work that directly align with their strengths. I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to build my current department policies and procedures from the ground up and consider my team a well-oiled machine. I love an environment that works hard and still has fun. There’s rarely a week at the office when I don’t cry from laughing too hard at least once. Professionally and personally, I want to continue to grow. I earned my PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2022, and my Masters degree in Professional and Technical Communication in Fall 2024.
