It all started with cookies – Girl Scout cookies to be exact. In elementary school, my parents and I had just moved, and I joined my first Girl Scouts Brownie troop. That experience opened me up to learning and trying new things. This is something that has carried through to my professional career – pivoting industries from banking to nonprofits. After volunteering to teach financial literacy in a third-grade classroom, I realized how much I\'ve always enjoyed little learning moments and seeing others find their \"A-ha!\" or spark. Now I\'m passionate about helping others be successful and I\'m a believer in paying it forward (and I still love those cookies, especially Thin Mints!). In my current role at Latham & Watkins, I manage and develop marketing and recruiting strategies for the firm’s global recruiting programs and trainings for the early career legal talent pipeline. I’m also thrilled to collaborate with local and global teams to form and maintain relationships with law school career offices and student associations, prelaw organizations and other pipeline programs. I enjoy building relationships with everyone from LinkedIn connections to fellow staff, university, corporate, and community partners. I find it fun to problem-solve and tinker with different project management tools and educational technologies. In my spare time, you can find me either searching for a good dessert (to satisfy my sweet tooth), checking out different fitness studios (it\'s all about balance), or exploring different neighborhoods (locally and beyond).
