About Crystal McCauley
Upon graduating from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Crystal McCauley moved to Dallas, Texas where she worked as a designer in the Healthcare studio at CallisonRTKL. Crystal has been involved in firm-wide initiatives such as the Spark Week Planning Committee and the Canstruction 2017 Fundraising Team where the Dallas office raised enough money to purchase over cans for those in need. Her contribution on a pro-bono project, Mission to Ukraine, has won the 2017 Best of the Best Award, AIA People\'s Choice Award 2018, and was hand-selected to be published in the CRTKL WIP annual publication. CallisonRTKL has also won Best Use of Hard Goods Award at the IIDA Fashion Forward Event in 2019 with Crystal as Co-Captain.Crystal not only contributes her time inside the office, she also remains engaged within the design community. As a nominated and graduated member of the IIDA Emerging Leaders Program 2017, previously on the IIDA Dallas City Center Council as Campus Chair, and currently nominated as part of the TEXO YCC, she continues to broaden her knowledge and network with outstanding, young professionals in various industries. Crystal is a registered and licensed interior designer, NCIDQ certified, EDAC certified, and certified as a LEED Green Associate.With her healthcare design background, Crystal has been a part of the Healthcare focused general contracting team at DPR Construction for over 4 years. Crystal strives to meet the expectations of all stakeholders - from the client, design team, contractors, and end-users to ensure a seamless process from design to construction all the way through occupancy.Crystal has recently graduated from DPR\'s Healthcare Fellowship program in 2024, building the future of healthcare builders.
