I am the Sales Director for the Direct Sales division at CSAA Insurance Group. My team primarily supports potential and existing insurance policyholders by ensuring any requests or needs they may have related to new insurance coverage are met with every interaction. Our goal is to resolve these needs the first time and to provide a memorable, positive experience that drives retention, loyalty, and a willingness to recommend this organization to their own friends and family. In my role, I work to accomplish this by committing to a strong focus on strategic visioning, employee engagement, communication, encouraging an insurance professional staff, and empowering all employees to make the right decisions for our policyholders. I love that my role in this organization permits me to interact frequently with policyholders, front line employees and leadership teams in a way that allows me to advocate for the clients, the organization and our employees in an effort to guarantee sustainable and measurable results are achieved. What I love most about this organization is that CSAA Insurance Group promotes a diverse workforce environment and allows me to just be me every single day. This means my appropriately timed, quick-witted responses breed the smiles I enjoy seeing on the faces of our employees.
