At Calbright College, I manage a wide range of projects and lead special initiatives that improve collaboration across the institution. My work spans from establishing project management standards through communication, documentation, and adapted Agile/Scrum practices, to applying human centered design practices and equity-centered design workshops. These efforts ensure our solutions reflect the needs and motivations of students, alumni, and staff.A major initiative I guide is Tableau adoption as a Site Administrator. I’m co-developing permissions, licensing frameworks, and standard operating procedures to build buy in so teams can share insights and make data driven decisions. I’m also working with colleagues to shape project management processes and define project lifecycles.This work matters to me because I get to help shape the foundation of a young institution, putting processes in place that improve project efficiency, collaboration, and transparency.
