I’m an IBM Technology Managing Director partnering with senior executives to align technology strategy with business priorities and deliver outcomes that matter. In my role, I serve as a senior executive responsible for the strategic direction, delivery excellence, and overall performance of some of IBM’s most significant client relationships. I lead cross‑functional global teams, work directly with C‑suite leaders, and oversee multi‑year transformation agendas; ensuring strong governance, risk management, and operational rigor while driving measurable business impact.My focus is on solving real business problems by bringing together emerging technologies and critical business strategies. This includes simplifying complexity, modernizing operations, and helping organizations execute with clarity and confidence. Throughout my career, I’ve helped clients drive billions in revenue, achieve significant cost efficiencies, and transform core operations across billing, claims, finance, customer care, and HR.In my more than 30 years at IBM, I’ve had the opportunity and priviledge to support some of the company’s most strategically important clients across banking, insurance, and telecommunications. In addition to my current work with Wells Fargo, I previously served as the IBM Managing Director supporting State Farm and spent 18 years partnering with AT & T.I’m deeply committed to developing future leaders and shaping strong organizational cultures. As an appointed Exemplar Managing Director, I provide executive coaching to future IBM leaders and help influence how we lead, collaborate, and deliver.Personally, my family and I have embraced relocations across five U.S. cities to support client needs, experiences that have shaped my adaptability, resilience, and commitment to partnership. I’ve coached youth teams and served on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club, continuing my passion for building leaders both inside and outside the workplace. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, and gardening.
