Who is Crystal Goliday, MS, MBA? I am a dedicated and globally conscious professional with extensive operational leadership experience leading improvement in operations through stakeholder management, leadership skills, change management, people development, and training. Strong analytical, business operations, strategic, and technical background in client based and team environments. Proven ability in creating and managing innovative fundraising initiatives, achieving employee satisfaction, and enhanced bottom-line. Extensive experience ranges from working at Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and nonprofits. I am the CEO and a Professional Public Speaker at CG Consulting LLC, where I leverage my MBA, MS, and more than 10 years of operational leadership experience to empower families with college funding solutions. I am also the author of two books that contribute to endowment funds for more than 50 scholarships for scholars of all school ages. As the Founder and Executive Director of Never Underestimate Knowledge Nonprofit, I manage a diverse portfolio of fundraising resources and collaborate with community partners to provide educational and social resources to inner-city youth and domestic violence survivors. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills as a first-generation college student and a survivor, and inspiring others to pursue their academic and personal goals.
