I am a Senior Manager within Commercial Banking Operations, accountable for Complex and High-Complex Commercial Credit Documentation across Toronto which services Ontario and all provinces and territories to our West. I lead people leaders overseeing Complex Toronto Document Preparation and maintain direct leadership of a team of Tier 4 (High Complex) specialists supporting the bank’s most complex commercial credit transactions. In total, my scope supports approximately 90 professionals.I am accountable for operational excellence and service level delivery, identifying systemic challenges and driving sustainable solutions while fostering future-ready leaders and agents. I partner closely with leaders and stakeholders to enable capability growth, risk management, and capacity planning, while actively shaping and telling the story of my team’s impact, performance, and value across the enterprise.This role blends people leadership, strategy execution, and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the business.
