Planning, conducting, coordinating, evaluating, and selecting, and providing resources for all youth events. Responsible for securing all necessary funds, travel arrangements, leadership, adult chaperones, and providing Christian teaching, times, prayer, and uplifting youth trips, retreats, and mission statement. Help volunteer youth workers develop mentoring relationships with youth and provide training aimed at leadership and faith development among the youth. Prepare, submit, and administer a youth budget and annual goals for the church fiscal year in consultation with BSW officers, ministerial staff and finance department, and submit to Founders.
