Diversified Trust is an employee-owned comprehensive wealth management firm based in the Southeast with over $11 billion of client assets under management. Diversified Trust was founded in January, 1994 and has offices in Atlanta, Charleston, Greensboro, Memphis and Nashville. Our clients include individuals, multi-generational families, foundations, endowments, retirement plans, and family-owned businesses. We are the largest independent trust company headquartered in Tennessee, and one of the largest in the Southeast. Our trust powers allow us to serve clients in various fiduciary capacities including trustee services and estate settlement services. For estates we offer administration, valuation, tax services, investment management, custodial and accounting services. Through Diversified Trust\'s extensive offering of financial advisory and family office services, our professionals will create a customized solution to address each client\'s unique situation. Our customized solutions can help address issues such as maximizing transfer of wealth, retirement cash flow needs, education funding, philanthropic goals, asset protection, bill payment and expense management, record keeping and document management, and family dynamics consulting. Diversified Trust offers extensive OCIO services to our institutional clients including advisement on investment policy, spending, investment management (execution and oversight), reporting, communications, audit support and planned giving initiatives.
