   Provides strategic HR consultative support to two manufacturing site leadership teams and partners with senior operations leaders in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Sciences and members of their respective leadership teams to support a workforce of over 1,100 employees across two sites. Works closely with all HR Center of Excellence partners to ensure an integrated customer experience in delivering HR services. Responsible for developing and delivering Human Resources strategy and operational excellence. Utilizes extensive knowledge of the business to diagnose short, and long-term local, regional and cross-functional human capital needs and assure the attraction, development and retention of top talent.• Acts as a culture steward driving a positive employee experience and overall engagement• Partners with clients to implement and manage HR processes such as annual performance reviews, calibration, promotions, job analysis, employee survey planning and staffing of key positions• Works closely with employee relations team to support complaints, investigations, leaves of absence, and discipline • Conducts meeting facilitation, team building, new leader assimilations and other interventions to support clients as needed• Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify and retain talent within and attract talent for the region.
