Manage global learning and development function. This includes all new hire training, acquisition transition training, compliance training planning, designing development plans for career growth, conducting needs assessment and gap analysis, creating training solutions for training requests, implementing leadership programs as well as facilitating all live learning events. Maintain a strong partnership with the Human Resources generalist team to create, assign, or find 3rd party solutions for development opportunities and learning based on need or to improve job performance, core competencies, or leadership competencies. Continuously create blended learning solutions to align with business strategy and goals.• Performance Management. Collaborating with the Human Resources Generalist team and Compensation team to create the performance calendar then create performance cycle training material and training plan. • Learning Management System Administration. Configure courses and learning plans, maintain central repository for learning material, manage LMS power user group, manage approval workflow for adding content to LMS, expanded use of the LMS for external learners to increase company revenue through customer training.• Talent Development. Implement tiered manager training program to develop fundamental leadership competencies. Institute milestones of learning in a successive plan. • Employee Engagement. Lead the Employee Appreciation Committee in monthly activities related to Our Core Values. Chair the Summer of Excellence committee to conduct a company-wide annual event partnering with site leaders at each location.• Internal Communications. Develop communication plans and create impactful communications for the organization using varying methods of media. Create and edit communications for organizational announcements and Human Resource updates.
