Providing dental consulting executive management support to over 260 practice owners. As a Subject Matter Expert on commercial and government plans I am directing a team of insurance services trainers and support liaisons. Ensuring all resources and services are in place to allow for optimization of revenue with data analytics of Insurance Services and Third Party Payer plan administration in ACI affiliated practices. Also as the Senior Consultant and primary contact for all Affordable Care affiliated dentists when they devise or re-evaluating their yearly marketing strategies for the practice. Using Medicaid, commercial, Medicare and third party payer strategies. Full scale Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is conducted and overseen remotely for each of the practices. Monthly reporting is provided based on Budget Management of each areas expenditures. Additional training and support in an ongoing basis is provided onsite. eLearning training modules and Quick Reference Guide materials are used for continued educational support and administration. I oversee a group of consultants and provide exceptional problem solving skill strategies as each practice administers insurance and Medicaid.

   As the Sr. Consultant of the Insurance Services group I act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare plans. All efforts of the department are to ensure the resources and services are in place to allow for total optimization of Insurance Services and Third Party Payer plan administration at the Affordable Dentures & Implants (AD & I) affiliated practices. The SME provides for 500+ AD & I affiliated dentists when they are devising or re-evaluating their insurance, Medicaid and third party payer strategies in their practices. This serves as a full life cycle program for dental offices. Additionally there is a team of trainers on the administration of all plans being offered at the various practices.Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly reporting is done to provide snapshots of the practices health.My additional skillset includes working with large facilities such as hospitals, long term care and urgent care centers assisting with billing all services using the software which includes Epic and, Dentrix type systems and providing reports for all as needed for case acceptance.
