Butterflies in formation is my career in a nutshell. From a decade and a half of successfully litigating “bet the company cases” at a large law firm to years of tackling the complex needs of sophisticated closely-held businesses and their owners, my defining success has been achieving structure from chaos, mastery from the unknown, and making the complicated look simple. I thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-drive environment with competing demands and challenges. My proudest moments are delivering results that were once thought unachievable, yet through thoughtful analysis and hard work, are constructed and implemented with creativity, integrity, and a good dose of fun.
