I work at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and human potential—helping individuals and organizations navigate pressure, responsibility, and meaningful growth.I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner in Behavioral Health, practicing integrative, evidence-based psychotherapy grounded in CBT and trauma-informed care (EMDR and MEMI). My work is primarily with high-capacity individuals operating in demanding environments—leaders, physicians, first responders, athletes, veterans, and others carrying significant responsibility and influence.Alongside clinical practice, I build and contribute to ventures that strengthen human and organizational resilience. My professional path spans behavioral health, entrepreneurship, nonprofit and community work, and collaboration within complex, highly regulated environments. Across these settings, I operate as both practitioner and strategist—discerning patterns, connecting ideas, and translating insight into practical direction.At its core, my work is about integration: helping people think clearly, lead wisely, and align their actions with what matters most.My life and work are grounded in faith, family, and a deep sense of stewardship for the responsibilities entrusted to me.
