Daily entry of timesheets and job cost coding in Hard Dollar, bi-weekly payroll review, sign off and submission to home office.\\\\n\\\\nDaily submission of Vale Trainee timesheets for hours worked, vacation leave, cultural leave, sick days, etc. to Vale Operations Administration utilizing the client job coding for their internal peoplesoft program.\\\\n\\\\nCreation, sign off and submission of Daily LEMs to Client for approval, including updating LEM log and Project Master Register. Assisting Project Controls team with FWI creation and all submissions to client through Aconex, including status and tracking of submissions, and continuous updates to Project Master Register.\\\\n\\\\nAll Document Control duties including the submission and audits of Daily Reports, Weekly Reports, Material Status Reports, Field Work Instructions (FWIs), Ground Control Instructions (GCIs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), Trend Alerts, Request for Information RFIs), Commissioning, Turnover Documentation, HSE safety procedures, QC documentation following client procedures, numbering system and Contractor Document Register (CDR). Utilization of all forms of Metadata.\\\\n\\\\nCoordination and follow up with Engineering, Technical, Project Controls, and Construction teams for new action item request from client for the generation of take offs and quotes for compile and submission with associated FWIs to the Client for review. Tracking of all status and download of all contract documents from Aconex for Internal archive.\\\\n\\\\nAssisting Project Manager and Project Controls Lead with special projects and day to day tasks.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
