My desire is to encourage, engage and equip others to believe in the possibilities.I love storytelling. And a career in marketing has allowed me to tell some great stories. I began my marketing career in Chamber of Commerce work before moving to the utility and telecom industry. I\'m passionate about our brand, our industry and our people. My goal is to always be people-centered.I love meeting with and encouraging women at all stages of their career. From my time as a Girl Scout troop leader to Women\'s Leadership Network activities - helping, advocating for and pouring into young women has become a joy in my life. A Girl Scout leader and volunteer for 18 years, I received the Lloyd Westbrook Good Neighbor Award for my work with Girl Scouting and with Conway Area Youth Leadership Institute.In recent years, I received the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce Diamond Achievement award for Outstanding Women in Business. I was named to Cablefax Magazine’s annual list of powerful women in the cable and internet industry. recognized in their Top Ops publications as the Independent Marketing Executive of the Year and was named to their Cablefax 100 list of top executives. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for United Way of Central Arkansas and the Mid-America Cable Telecommunications Association. I am a member of the Conway Kiwanis Club and became the club’s first female president in the year I was also selected Kiwanian of the Year.
