   Feb 2020 — Present

   Started as a Career Specialist and was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor within 6 months of hire, then promoted again 6 months later to Director of Programs. As Director, supervised 4 Program Supervisors and 18 Career Specialist, managed 6 workforce development programs, and oversaw day to day operations of 4 offices. Managed budget and fiscal items, tracked contract compliance and ensured all programs met individual and group performance goals. Served as back-up for Managing Director. Created and implemented strategic plans that improved outreach and orientation processes, increased virtual options for customers and assisted in creating and integrating a more organized and efficient referral system. Developed and implemented new dynamic staff training plan including procedural updates and Moodle training platform integration. Received recognition awards for leadership skills, above and beyond teamwork, and attitude by staff and leadership. Successfully cultivated mutually beneficial partnerships with 5 community agencies which increased interagency referrals and customer program enrollments for 3 programs.
