I’m very passionate about continuous learning and building my knowledge of all areas of Human Resources, as well as understanding business processes and functions outside of HR. I have obtained a PHR certification, an MBA, a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HR, and an Associate\'s Degree in Communications. My education and work experience have allowed me to obtain knowledge and experience in all core areas of HR and lead multiple project teams, giving me some project management experience as well. Though my primary career focus is HR, I also thoroughly enjoy putting my Communications degree to use and working on communications initiatives whenever possible.
