ABOUT CRYSTAL ESTER

I enjoy working with people. I have two decades of experience in Trade Compliance industry and I enjoy what I do. My interests are not limited to Trade Compliance. I strive to be a leader in any situation or project that I encounter. It is my goal to utilize my leadership skills and past experience to challenge myself and others to execute business initiatives into fruition. I am skilled at translating complex regulations into methods that relate to non-technical roles. My in-depth customer service experience, project management skills, combined with trade compliance knowledge help me to take calculated risks that will protect the business while moving projects forward and strengthening relationships.I studied for the customs broker exam and I became a licensed customs broker (LCB). My undergrad degree major was in Business Management, and I completed a Master\'s degree in Project Management with an area of emphasis in Integrated Supply Chain Management. I believe that my credentials in these areas have helped me to be well-rounded and they are universal. I really enjoy the concept of project management and I am interested in applying my professional credentials to the evolving trade laws.
