Dr. Crystal Dilworth is an international voice for science, strategic consultant, and founding board member of The Plenary, Co. a culture and behavioral change non-profit think tank. She is passionate about scientific leadership, human behavior, and the values that drive collaborative excellence. As a science communicator and television correspondent she can be seen on networks including Voice of America, Al Jazeera, and CBS. She is Host of the historic Watson Lectures series at Caltech, and for the last seven seasons, she has also written and presented science segments as \"Dr. Brain\" on the Saturday Morning television program Mission: Unstoppable. Off screen, Dr. Dilworth works closely with mission-driven and tech-forward organizations building alignment between leadership behavior, narrative communication, and operational culture. Whether leading a cross-continental innovation sprint or advising a C-suite team through cultural transformation, she brings a deep network of world-class collaborators, and a human-centered approach to individual development and organizational transformation.
