Provide strategic direction, program delivery, finance, operations and communications support for TNC’s global conservation work. Represent conservation in cross-functional initiatives related to development, finance, operations, marketing and other functions. Examples include establishing $12B campaign priorities framework; securing and allocating $350M Green Bond for conservation priorities; co-designing org-wide portfolio management process; supporting a restructure of financial and operating models; and working with the Executive Team on establishing OKRs for conservation. I manage a team of ~11, leading strategic communications and finance, operations and administration out of the Chief Conservation Office. Our goal is to make it easier for teams to get their conservation work done, including developing streamlined processes and ensuring strong regional and global collaboration. Currently leading a project team on building an external facing website for conservation and science practitioners sharing TNC knowledge and publications. Served as Acting State Director for New Hampshire chapter July - October 2022.
