A strong communicator with a passion for learning more about my candidates to help find their next career inside our Family of Companies. My days consist of over-the-phone interviews, working alongside hiring leaders and other recruiters to match a candidate’s skills and interests to our business need. A few things I specialize in include: organization, problem solving, active listening, client relations, building relationships, innovation, delegation, motivation, presenting, and many more. During the seven years I\'ve been with Rocket, I\'ve been witness to the great culture we set forth. The ISMs we have here build the backbone to our company and provide us the power to be the best we can be as we grow within our company. My favorite ISM is,\"it’s not about who is right, but what is right\". Our team members are approachable, driven and have a work hard play hard mentality in order to get the job done and gain the reward. Our open office space and welcoming environment brings each team member in with a smile. One of the most important things to me is building relationships and working well as a team, which I have found with ease at our workplace. In the time I\'m not recruiting great talent, you can find me reading books, shoe shopping, watching Gilmore Girls, listening to John Mayer, and thinking of fun activities for my friends and I to do. I love being busy going to events such as concerts, Downtown Detroit festivals or new places to check out.
