Administrative & Support:• Responsible for company-wide PTO allocation and tracking system. Prepare biweekly payroll timesheets for select employees.• Responsible for employee travel arrangements, including annual company retreats, flight and hotel accommodations, dining reservations (based on food/dietary restrictions), team-building activities, meeting room and agenda and preparation for management, and day offices for remote workers to use on a semi-regular basis. • Create and send client invoices, collect client payments, enter and pay vendor invoices using QuickBooks Premier. Recruitment/Client Support:• Responsible for company wide data-entry including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PPT), Visio, and Adobe products. This includes daily management the company ATS system. Create and maintain active dashboards for metrics including call reporting, staff efficiency, cost per hire information, and workflow schedules.• Responsible for identifying and contacting individuals within target companies who possess the skills and responsibilities as outlined by the client for a particularly hard-to-fill role. Also responsible for developing and recommending target companies per research findings.• Use a variety of databases and online tools to obtain contact information for targeted individuals.• Compiles the information into the client’s form of preference for industry analysis and mapping. Create compensation analysis data charts for executive summaries.Sales/Marketing Support:• Create sales collateral to be used for Business Development including Prezi’s, PowerPoint\'s, Gant and Fishbone Charts, etc.• Generate targeted sales leads and make initial contact with key executives and business leaders.
