   Providing strategic leadership to a team of expert rate advisors, specializing in technical support for non-residential customers who help to empowered customers to make informed decisions about rates and demand response programs. Ensure all team members remain up to date on regulatory proceedings and requirements affecting rates and tariffs. Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute analysis and implementation projects, conducting in-depth rate comparisons to provide recommendations to customers regarding their rates and energy use. Continue to manage the successful execution of projects aligned with division and company goals, driving continuous improvement. Leverage technical knowledge to develop solutions for ambiguous or unprecedented customer and company issues related to rates and regulations, ensuring rate analysis systems and models are up to date and running efficiently to support accurate and timely analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate process improvements, manage risks, and oversee information management related to non-residential rates. In addition, I am managing the Economic Development Services (EDS) team. We will be working on initiatives to foster economic growth and development within our service territory through strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and implementing programs designed to attract, retain, and expand businesses. We will be working closely with community leaders and government officials to create sustainable growth and enhance the economic vitality of our communities.
