I\'ve spent the last 10+ years working in education, DEI, recruitment, and HR (with an emphasis on talent acquisition & development). In all of my roles, I have excelled at problem solving through creative ideation, managing/developing people, facilitating professional development, and designing events to improve organizational culture and alignment. I especially enjoy coaching executives to drive teams towards bigger impact while employing strategies that are inclusive, equitable, and just.In my spare time, I enjoy being both a storyteller and story consumer (film, books, & theater).
