As the CEO and co-founder of CircNova, Inc, I lead an early stage biotechnology company that leverages our unique AI NovaEngine™ to identify, generate, and design circular RNA for therapeutic development. With over 20 years of experience in operations, program management, and leadership roles in various industries, I have the skills and vision to drive innovation and growth in the biotech sector. I am passionate about creating and delivering solutions that can improve the lives of patients and advance the field of RNA therapeutics. I co-founded CircNova with the mission of harnessing the power of AI and biotechnology to discover and develop novel circular RNAs that can modulate gene expression and treat diseases. I also co-founded and served as the CEO of Great Lakes Biologics, a CRO that specialized in the process development of small scale batches of biologic product candidates. As a BIPOC and women founder, I am committed to building a diverse and inclusive technical workforce in biotechnology and empowering the next generation of biotech leaders.
