   As a DSM, I aim to achieve all Digital revenue monthly budgets within my assigned territories. I work to develop sales strategies and assist local sales leadership in achieving the market(s)/region\'s Digital budgets. I serve as a thought-leader and a subject matter expert for Ignite; coaching, mentoring and developing the market(s)/region\'s sales team to better equip them to sell the Ignite’s Digital portfolio of products. Additionally, I close solo business and collaborate with team members to grow digital revenue and drive new business. I provide pre-sale and post-sale support to ensure campaigns sold, fulfilled and launched in a timely manner, this includes campaign strategy, planning both at the rep and client level, and campaign reporting and analytics. I partner with Market President/Director of Sales in coaching, mentoring, and training sales teams on digital product offerings and digital industry to help them succeed in selling Ignite solutions. I execute customer needs analysis to determine the campaign strategy and lastly, I meet with key clients, negotiate, close deals, and foster post sale relationships.
