As a Technical Recruiter at Axient, I source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various technical positions, such as software engineers, data analysts, and cybersecurity experts. I use ICIMS Recruiting & Hiring Suite, a leading cloud-based talent acquisition platform, to manage the entire recruitment process, from posting jobs and tracking applicants to extending offers. I have successfully organized and attended several job fairs and networking events, expanding the company\'s talent pool and employer brand. Additionally, I have collaborated with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. I hold an MBA degree in Human Resources Management from the University of North Alabama, where I studied advanced skills and knowledge in strategic HR, organizational behavior, and leadership. I also have a BS degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where I graduated with honors and received multiple scholarships and awards.
