As Director of the Mountain West OSHA Education Center, Crystal Beall leads the development and delivery of occupational safety and health continuing education programs through a cooperative agreement between the U.S. Department of Labor and RMCOEH/Weber State University.Crystal oversees the strategic planning, administration, and execution of OSHA-authorized training courses across a multi-state region. Her work ensures alignment with federal compliance standards while meeting the evolving safety education needs of professionals in construction, general industry, and public sectors.With a commitment to accessibility and impact, she manages programmatic compliance, course scheduling, instructor coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Crystal also directs the creation and implementation of customized marketing strategies to support program growth, audience development, and outreach initiatives.In addition to her operational and leadership responsibilities, Crystal collaborates closely with subject matter experts, academic partners, and regulatory agencies to ensure training remains relevant, high-quality, and aligned with national safety priorities. Her role plays a key part in enhancing workforce competency and promoting a culture of safety throughout the region.
