ABOUT CRYSTAL AUSTIN

My mission is to develop strategies and enhance capabilities that allow our company to profitably grow. My best day at work is when a coworker shares an opportunity for growth or improvement and I am able to help them make it happen. I enjoy loosely defined problems and opportunities. I employ various tools and methods to quickly bring structure and direction to any challenge for our leaders- strategic planning and facilitation - portfolio and program management - process design and re-engineering - project management - business analytics - continuous improvement - change leadership The last 14 years of my career have been spent serving in the utility industry, which means I get to live and work alongside our customers. My servant attitude developed when working for The Ritz-Carlton Company and my love for technology bloomed during experiences at Accenture, AT & T and while supporting two M&A system integrations at Black Hills Energy. I am grateful that I get to work with teams who are ready to take on new challenges, innovate, and implement solutions that make life better for our customers and achieve the strategic plan for our company.
