Global Head, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging @Kraft Heinz

In this role, I’m responsible for developing and implementing best in class global strategies, tools, and processes to support driving a diverse workforce and a culture of equity, inclusion and belonging. I report to the Chief Learning & Diversity Officer and provide strategic guidance and practical application to People & Performance and senior leadership across Kraft Heinz to help attract, develop, and retain best in class talent. • Support and execute a global D&I strategy that allows every Kraft Heinz Company (KHC) employee to see themselves within the KHC purpose and We Demand Diversity value to identify their role in furthering our efforts. • Partner with our Talent Organization in co-developing strategies, processes, and capabilities to source, attract, develop, and retain diverse talent and further our progress on our representation and employee engagement aspirations. • Oversee the administration of BRGs to ensure community building, development, and retention of the diverse populations and allies. • Lead the development of diversity, inclusion and belonging learning plans around key platforms such as Allyship, Unconscious Bias, and Leadership Capability. • Partner with the Global Inclusion Council to ensure business units set and execute on diversity, inclusion and belonging goals that align with our strategy and goals while monitoring performance. • Build and maintain external relationships and partnerships to further the KHC brand and influence impact in diversity, inclusion and belonging spaces. • Support the organization in navigating employee relations, public policy, or crisis management issues related to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. • Provide coaching and consulting to Sr. Leadership to further their D&I capability to drive results to KHC. • Enable and inspire a diversity, inclusion and belonging team to support the possibilities of our approach.
