In each area he led, he worked to create and manage a dedicated team to provide quality products and services to installer, homeowners, and other partners within the solar industry. During his time as a Branch Manager, he was able and willing to wear multiple hats while also fulfilling his main tasks. At BayWa, he was the acting Occupational Health & Safety Officer and Transportation Manager where he created and maintained internal processes that were eventually handed to individuals who took on those roles as full-time jobs. He also, used his Sales Background to help level up/train new Outside and Inside Sales Reps. Outside of work, Cruz\'s passions include Playing & Watching Soccer, Traveling, Hiking, Reading, and a little bit of gaming! He is a Manchester City and Leicester City Fan for those that are involved in the Premier League, and a Barcelona Fan that watch La Liga!

I stay organized by keeping my calendar updated and jotting down notes, using the in-app notebook feature, to ensure that I account for all of the Owner\'s wishes on the Pet(s) and Home. In Rover, I have taken care of Primarily Dogs, but also Cats and Birds!
