By combining innovation, operational excellence, and strategic investment, we are creating scalable healthcare opportunities that deliver both strong financial outcomes and lasting community benefit.My background spans Fortune 500 leadership, nonprofit executive roles, and board chairmanships, where I gained deep experience in vision-setting, strategy, and team dynamics. Those experiences shaped my approach to leadership: clarity in communication, discipline in execution, and authenticity in leadership.At Refuge Capital Funds, I work directly with investors, guiding them through private placement opportunities with transparency and purpose.
