With 20 years of experience in corporate benefits administration, I have developed an in-depth knowledge of benefit programs in the health & welfare, defined compensation and defined benefit sectors. This extensive familiarity has allowed me to realize opportunities for process improvements throughout my tenure. My project management skills have permitted me to take the next step, by successfully improving the delivery of the company\'s total benefits platform to its employees. In addition, my excellent written and verbal communication skills have allowed me to effectively convey our company\'s benefit strategy and plan design changes to our associates. Within the ever-changing arena of employee benefits, I feel the ability to be as transparent as possible, and yet still break down difficult concepts into easy to understand models is key to an effective employee education campaign.Finally, I\'ve chosen this career because I get a sense of personal satisfaction when I am able to assist others in what can be a very delicate or traumatic time of their lives. The reward of leaving someone better off than they were when you first communicated with them, is priceless.
