I am an executive with 20+ years of Mergers & Acquisition, Integration Execution and Operations Management leadership. Over the last seven years I have been responsible for all aspects of M&A Integration activity and have worked on dozens of deals and have managed multiple integration and divestiture projects, often several concurrently. I am expert in due diligence planning and execution, creating and executing integration plans, program managing integration efforts across all business functions, successfully leading large scale organizational change and fulfilling the role of GM of the acquired company with full P&L ownership. In 13 years of operations management I’ve managed catalog and internet distribution and fulfillment centers, 3rd party logistic providers, call centers, large print facilities, payment processing centers, scanning operations and completely virtualized production operations. I am first and foremost a skilled people leader equally at home directly managing teams of hundreds or indirectly managing large project teams. I also have a strong background in business analytics and strategy development and execution. Throughout my career I have shown an ability to get the job done, without losing sight of the business needs of the organization. I have delivered strong and sustainable financial gains in challenging markets through decisive leadership, influence and action. I have excellent negotiation, problem solving and team building skills and I am highly energized, self-motivated and ambitious. I have a MBA from a top 20 program with an emphasis on Technology Management and a Masters Certificate in International Business.
