Ensure the deployment and standardisation of manufacturing process and bench test related- Formalize the standard processes and métier of new production equipment and ensure their communication between the contributors, among the different busines units of the group - Support the Business Unit (GBU), particularly the Head of Industrial Process Engineers and Industrial architects- Support on technical topics, in skills transfer, deployment and application of standards - Standardize the validation of product/process/test for new product introduction (NPI) through formalization of methods, processes and test implementation- Optimization of existing processes according to cost, safety, quality and reliability- Technical Support to the different entities and Process engineering team incase of hazards - Participate in monitoring and analysis of outcomes (capitalization and data collection) then consolidate to share actions to improve processes and means- Consolidate and formalize the requirements related to the launch or modification of production means for the production site while respecting the SQCDM objectives, applying existing standards and ensuring communication between the different contributors involved- Formalize process and métiers standards: specifications, recommendations, lesson learnt card, process parameters with validation limits and product/process constraints, FMEA testability- Standardize the capability and repeatability of the industrial asset implemented- Respect and uphold the defined standards - Ensure technological monitoring in the field of expertise- Provide training for technical staff and validate the need for versatility across the assets and resources in the perimeter - Be involved in the suggestion/realization of improvement proposals
