   In my role as Legal Counsel at Ensemble Health Partners, I work across operational teams to distill complex legal requirements affecting the healthcare space into easily understandable and actionable content. I research federal and state laws, regulations, and agency guidance to provide internal compliance and operational guidance, support workgroups and draft policies. I also provide support to senior leadership by staying current on proposed, pending, and enacted laws, policies, and regulations at the state and federal level, and by providing summary documents and guidance on the state of current law and corollary impact on healthcare providers.
