This reliance degrades service and, worst of all, diverts critical funds away from building new homes.**My Story**My career didn\'t start in technology; it started on the front lines of social housing in I’ve lived the exact problems you are facing.My life completely changed in 2010 when I was handed my first Microsoft Dynamics 365 (then CRM 4) project to deliver at AmicusHorizon. That was it—I was hooked and caught the Dynamics bug. At the time, I didn\'t have a clue where to start. Through lots of late nights and serious doses of imposter syndrome, I learned the exact strategies required to implement a system that works.By leaning on these strategies and a brilliant team, we successfully delivered the system to 900 users. When I left the organisation in 2017, over 1 million cases had been logged—undeniable evidence that the system was actually being used.During the COVID-19 pandemic, I left my full-time job to focus entirely on my business, E&F Solutions, following my passion for delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions that people *want* to use.**How I Help**I act as a \"Translator\" between your operations and the technology. I specialise in translating complex, messy user requirements into precise, actionable plans.
