About Crizti Walsh
I have been in radio for nearly 20 years. Prior to that, I was a contracted voice actor doing voice-overs on a global scale- commercials, cartoons, animatronics, narrations, etc. Starting part time in radio, I was eager to learn every aspect I could and seldom said no to a new opportunity. As a full time employee, I now have a hand in nearly every department. I am the afternoon drive radio DJ on 96X and Host the 96X program The Hangover Brunch on Sunday mornings. I manage the payroll for a staff of 40 hourly employees, as well as balance the contracts and monies for DJ remote/talent bonuses. I create and schedule all liners and giveaways in promosuite for each of our stations. I am the copywriter and editor for sales and production and regularly voice spots. In April of 2012, I developed a successful specialty show on 96X- The Local Music Show and I handled all aspects of gathering acts, social marketing and hosting of the show. I have partnered with many other local arts organizations/supporters and just plain enjoy what I do!
