ABOUT CRISTIN JONES

I’m an education and systems consultant with experience helping schools and districts turn evidence-based ideas into sustainable practice. My work sits at the intersection of consulting, improvement science, instructional design, and professional learning, with a focus on building systems that actually work in real-world settings.In my current role with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, I support districts statewide in designing and sustaining comprehensive school mental health systems. I lead and contribute to large-scale, grant-funded initiatives; design and deliver eLearning and professional learning experiences; and collaborate across agencies, schools, and communities to support equitable, scalable change.My background in school psychology grounds my work in data-informed decision-making, collaboration with educators, families, and community providers, and a deep understanding of how systems impact people. I bring a practical, implementation-focused approach, translating research into tools, learning experiences, and guidance that teams can use with confidence.Across roles, I’m known for building strong partnerships, guiding complex projects from concept through implementation, and helping teams move from planning to action. I’m especially interested in roles that involve consulting, instructional design, enablement, and learning-focused work within education and mission-driven organizations.
