ABOUT CRISTINA SZCZESNIAK
I believe experience design is never done. It will always change and grow with the times, our clients, and their businesses. I take an agile approach to my work, and help my clients create better digital experiences through creative insights, research, accessibility best practices, UX design, and visual design. I discovered my passion for experience design and digital product design by beginning in the advertising industry. At every ad agency I worked, I was always the \"website person\" because, while everyone else was focused on producing Super Bowl TV spots, I was starry-eyed about elevating my client\'s digital experiences and making them more user-centered, modern, accessible, and altogether better. Although I\'m a creative, I totally geek out on digital product design. It\'s so satisfying to find unique and beautiful design solutions to really complex user experiences and data visualization. And I love helping my clients bring their brands to life in their digital spaces, with fully accessible experiences. After 15 years of experience from clients across a range of industries, I create human-centered, data-driven solutions that tell brand stories, enhance their positioning, and increase engagement. I have excellent leadership, management, and presentation skills, and I use an open-minded and inspirational approach to motivate my teams and foster collaboration.
