I am the Director of Strategic Initiatives, trainer, and spirits educator at Cecilia.ai, where I drive the company\'s growth through strategic planning, innovative training programs, and comprehensive spirits education. Previously, I served as an Adjunct Professor and the founding Program Coordinator of the Bacardi Center of Excellence at Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. I taught the Advanced Food & Beverage Operations course, the Leadership & Entrepreneurship course in collaboration with David Grutman & Groot Hospitality, and the Origin of Coffee - Costa Rica study abroad course. As a distinguished alumna of Florida International University (FIU) and a Worlds Ahead Graduate, I had the honor of initiating a groundbreaking revolution on campus by founding the Student Guilds. These guilds, namely the Bartenders Guild, the Wine Guild, and the Coffee Guild, have become vibrant hubs for students to explore, learn, and perfect their craft. With more than 17 years in the industry, my background spans from small independently owned boutique restaurants to large franchise restaurants producing over $15 million in annual revenues. I have held various positions in the restaurant and bar industry, including General Manager, Operations Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, and Bar Manager. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for excellence in food and beverage quality, presentation, and my creativity in crafting cocktails tailored for a multitude of indoor and outdoor events. My unwavering commitment to providing the ultimate guest experience is evident in my training skills, which give each restaurant and bar establishment team I work with a competitive edge in the market.
