Report quality issues to Vendors, Merchandising and Buying teams. • Build and maintain relationships with Vendors and Internal teams.• Process faulty stock as per agreed SLA’s.• Follow up on credit notes for returned products or replacement units• Inspect all faulty returns as per agreed SLA’s and determine appropriate action.• Liaise with the seamstress to manage minor repairs.• Liaise with vendors to coordinate repairs for customers• Merge and recode requested units by Internal teams• Arrange the external dry cleaning process and ensure all products return into stock properly• Maintain accurate inventory and system up to date for all units assigned and processed by department• Create weekly stock reports to monitor delivery flow and identify issuesI have finished in 2018 my experience in Portrait, Fashion and Reportage Photography at John Kaverdash Academy in Milan.I begin this endless journey that gives always new ideas allowing me to grow and appreciate new photographic techniques.I believe in photography as an opportunity to create unusual operative situations for charming stories.I photograph everything interesting and exciting. I prefer portraits especially fashion and theater & stage photography in their uniqueness and expressiveness.Mine is a thoughtful photography, born from a watchful eye that stimulates my desire to know and learn every aspect of it.To convey emotion, mood, ideas and messages, I use the art of story telling as a method of expression that I feel the most appropriate and complete.I was born in Messina in 1991 but I live between Pavia and Milan.Vegetarian for many years, I particularly love animals, nature and sports.Music accompanies all my activities.
